RESERVED SEATING TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE NOW for The Resources for Women 14th Annual Benefit Banquet which will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017. Pam Tebow, mother of Tim Tebow, will be the guest speaker. Pam will also have a Meet & Greet just prior to the banquet and tickets for that separate event are limited. The reserved banquet ticket is $25/person and seating begins at 6 pm and the meal and program begins at 6:30 pm. The Meet & Greet ticket is $25/person and will begin at 5 pm. A combo ticket for both the Meet & Greet and the Banquet is $50/person. Swim with the Olympians! Swim Across America is planning a big splash for the 5th annual Atlanta Open Water Swim at Lake Lanier on Saturday, September 23, 2017. More than 10 Olympians will join regional swimmers for half-mile, 1-mile, 5 K and 2-mile relay options, and an inaugural Duck Splash for less-confident Swimmers. The cost is $50, or $20 for the Duck Splash. Proceeds benefit Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Historic Anderson County Church Celebrates Tenth Annual Fall Festival

Roberts Presbyterian Church, founded in 1789, will celebrate its tenth annual Fall FOR ALL Festival on Saturday, October 14, 2017. Planned with the entire family in mind, the festival will run from 10am - 2 pm, rain or shine.

Events include free activities for children, the Bargan Barn, a Silent Auction, the Country Store, a Quilt Show including a quilt giveaway, Pumpkins and Fall Flowers for sale, community service booths, hay rides, and lunch at the Country Corner Outdoor Cafe (burgers and brats).  Free parking.

Proceeds support community charities and projects within the church.
